Sending notice and forcing to pay fees when i am not continuing the course

My enrolment number is 6010030804233, i was enrolled in MS Finance, i have just given one exam i have paid 70% of the fees, i don't want to continue with the course now and i have written so many mails also but these people are forcing me to pay the balance fees also and are sending me notices also, i am requesting them to at least refund me 50% of the fees. but they are saying i have to pay them balance 30% also but i am not even asking them to even send me books for higher level and they can even take the books given to me.
