I had enrolled for MS accounting course with the ICFAI institute way back in 2007. I have already cleared one group of the course. When I went to register for the exams this October, I was astonished to see that the web site had been blocked. Thinking that this must be a technical problem, I ignored it and did not register. But now, after all my efforts to trace the whereabouts of this company, I am left with no option. I had borrowed money from friends on interest to apply and register for this course/program. I have paid Rs.30000.00 for the above program. Can You please help me out?

Please at least can I get a refund of my fees psid so that I need not have to pay my friends' interest amount?
