I joined the M.S.(Finance) programme from ICFAI four months back, and was having exams scheduled in jan 08. I couldn't get the books of a particular subject for which i requested a number of times. Neither the local branch at jalandhar nor their tripura office responded positively. The executives who use to call me up daily before enrollment now started escaping my calls. This made me stop their further EMI payments and later i joined another university for a finance course. Now these people are sending me legal notices for the remaining payment. I had already paid a sum of Rs.10, 000 that has been no avail to me. Their negligence in service costed me money and time and now they hammering harassment on my mental integrity
