Withdrawal from course of MCA

I enrolled for MCA program.

I have cleared total course fees of Rs.54, 000/- and I have got

money receipt of that. Now I don't continue the program and I

have given mail about this but they sometimes replied I have

not cleared all dues and sometimes replied it can not be possible,

nothing can be refunded.

I asked them what u have spend for me you can deduct from

my given amount, but they denied.

I am very poor and my family is in critical condition and I need

it very much .. if i get it some of my family can recover from

deadly diseases.
