Excess Fee

At the time of joining the course they asked to me to Pay a Fee of Rs55, 000 and Tution Fee of Rs 10, 000, and said you can clear the course with in spain of 7 (seven) years and there will be no other fee. Later for every exam they collected a Fee of RS 1000 per exam every qurter. And I was not able to take exam in 2 qyrs due personal problem, now after a span of 2.5 yrs, they say that there is a due of RS 1000 as annual charges which was never told to me at the time of joining the course.

Is there any way / possibility to get back my course fee??

Please help me out, I have been cheated by ICFAI
