Want to file Case against ICFAI

Dear All,

I (Manasi Mahadik- Mumbai) have received the Legal Notice from HIFCO Marwel Limited for dishonor of Cheques.

On November 23rd I had written an email to ICFAI stating want to discontinue the MBA couse and requested not to deposit PDC's in the A/C, but still they deposited all the cheques in the Bank which got Bounced, as I had made stop payment for the same.

Today after 21 months I have received the Legal Notice from Hifco Marwel to present in the Hyderabad Court or seviour legal action will be taken.

As I have already Intimated the University for Cancellation of Registration and non persuaing of the couse, still they are harassing me through Hifco Marwel Limited by sending Legal Notices.

If now I have to discontineu the couse I have to pay the entire Course fee which is injustice to me. I dont know how Hifco Marwel Came to the Picture where The Registration has done with ICFAI.

I think ICFAI is more Interested in Extracting Money from the Students even though they dont wish to persue the Couse, by threating to take legal actions against them. I have gone through various sites where too many students are also suffering from the same Issues.

I hope all students like me get the Justice.
