Receipt of payment

As per telephonic talk with ICFAI, infantry road, B'lore. branch manager mr. Dakshina Moorty.on 30-june-08. he said he will send the receipt of payment made towords the fees of cource with ICFAI, even after several reminding & requesting his completely negleted this and after 2 months later when i caled for receipt, his attitude was changed and very rudly told me to collect this from his office in his presence and most of the time when i ask him the time when he is available in office his only reply is that his is out of office, please help me in this regards
