I and my wife have enrolled in MBA in 2005 and We had been told that ICFAI has tie up with Indian consulate in USA and we can give exams in USA also. When I tried contacting indian consulate in USA, they clearly told that they don't have any tie with ICFAI university. When I contacted ICFAI back, they did not respond to my queries. Also after contacting them over phone, they were not ready to pay back any fees. I already paid them 1, 25, 000 Rs. Could you please let me know if there is any way we can get money back? I have all the details enrollment numbers, cheques given etc. in case required to file the case against them or proofs.
