Hi,

I am doing my MBA in ICFAI. I have registered for upcoming January exams on 29th of November. It asked all my credit card details and informed me that my admit card is being generated after which it failed. I ringed ICFAI authorities in Chennai and they told my registration process is incomplete and they asked me to register again on 30th of November which is the last date for registration without late fee. I did the same and again it failed exactly in the same page.

Now when I got my credit card bill, I can see that both the transactions has taken place successfully and amount has been billed on my credit card. I rang my bank and they informed me that payment has been made to ICFAI both the times of my registration.

I took this to ICFAI notice. They answered me saying that I need to register now with late payment fee. When I asked them about the status of my payment, they replied saying they will revert it back. But now i need to register it with late payment fee.

Is there any one who experienced the same coz of ICFAI. I am planning to take this to court. I have all the necessary documents. Will anyone want to join hands with me?
