Efund of fees

Sir,

I joined distance learning MBA 1 yr before & i paid an amount of 84, 500 as fees.. As per the prospectus, it's stated that if a candidate failed to meet his eligibility criteria, his application will be cancelled and money will be refunded afer deducting some admission fees. and also I was told at the first itself that training fees is refundable. Now i dont have the eligibility criteria. I'd submitted them the documents to prove tat i didn complete my graduation. still they are not ready to refund the fees. They are not even ready to refund my training fees. So kindly consider my matter n help me to get it refunded so tat it'll be of great help to me.
