Not able to make EMI, for ICFAI MBA

I have enrolled myself for MBA by paying 10000 bucks. To make the rest of payment I selected EMI. However dus to some some personal reason I am not in postion to make the rest of the payment. SO I asked ICFAI guys what is the alternate. but they said as they have Post Dated Checque so I need to make the payment on time. Else I will come in trouble.

I told them as they already recived nearly 5 EMI & Rs. 10000 in the beginig. So I want to quit at this moment righ now. They said I can not do that. this is against the policy I have signed.

I told them as I have not given any kind of exams for 1st session. So I don't think that i can go with this program. but they denied to say I can quit from this program.

I also told them that as I am paing money either I give exams or not I should get books for 2nd session. As i have recieved books only for 1st session so I don't want to continue. They suggested me to go for Edcation Loan. But they said I can not quit from this program. I ned to make full payment.

I am not in the postion to make the payment. If this pressure would be continued I think I will die due to pressure. Is there someone Who can guide me the best way to save me from this problem

I told them that as I have not borrowed money from them instead of that I am making the payment for the thing that I am not sure I will able to get that or not. Now I don't want to ge that thing so why they are forcing me to make money. i don't have money to give them at this time.

PLEASE HELP ME...
