I am suffering from ICFAI

I am Ram Prakash from Mathura U.P. I want your help because I am suffering from ICFAI University. First time when I went there for inquiry then they told me about their Monthly payment scheme but I was not agree because the monthly payment was too much for me then they told me that U should make a single payment in two months. On this basis I enrolled with great pleasure but after three months one notice received by me which was came from Hifco Marvel then I told this matter to (Mr. Kapil garg) branch manager of mathura but he told me for ignore this & after some months he left his job from icfai when I try to call him he gives no response. I am very sorry in these days because I lost my elder Brother also who could help me. My brother helped to pay my fee but now I can not make any payments. I wrote mails to icfai for withdraw my course but they told me that U couldn’t withdraw your course without full payment. If u have any suggestion so plz help Me..…
