ICFAI University
Spoiling my 4 months time

Dear sir,

I made payment of 2050.00 Rs to ICFAI university on 7 march using my credit card in ICFAI branch, i have all the document and bank statement but these people are now telling we not received any payment and your not suppose to write exam in july you can write in jan by this way they were spoiling my 4 months of time, so iam not at all interested to contuine with that university, and i already paid 20, 000.00 rs, i want that amount back to me. plase give me some advise to solve this problem
