Regarding Provident Fund

Respected Sir,

I had applied for withdrawal of PF for the PF No Account No

(AP/HYD/00/56966/0000/004465) in the M/o Spet'10, My Employee ID is

-29S-17906.

After that i had received a MSG from PF Deptt.on my* Mob

No-09235654961*that they have sent a Chq to My Bank A/c No "

20035548708" of SBI,

Gorakhpur with reference to claim id-APHYD101100003517 for amount

Rs.25180.00 via cheque No-949743 Dated 24/Nov.

And

-Against Account No (AP/HYD/00/56966/0000/004465) claim id-

APHYD101100003518

for amount 9950.00 CHEQUE No-747198 Dated-25/Nov.

But till date no amount has been credited to my A/c,

I had sent many reminder to ICFAI University to all concern this but nothing happend to this issue.

I had also had a talk with Bank officials but they are also not having any

information.

This is for the request plz take the necessary actions regarding this or

give the guidance for the above issue.

I kindly requested to you plz solve my issue and reimburse my given SBI

account No. 20035548708 .
