help to a Mis. sonya Tahkur Stundent of MBA Course from ICFAI UNVERSITY HYADERABAD

i have recieved a legal notice from Photon Capital Advisors Ltd.u/s 138 N.I. Act for dishonourd of Cheque while i never contact to said compay and even i havnt any account in SBBJ bank eleswhere there no question arising issued said cheque, then how this company serve legal notice and recover amount from me

as par Law Icfai unversity is being regulation by UGC act 1955 while said company is doing bussiness of share and stock and registred with the BSE and NSE and regulting by compnies Act 1955

it seem these are the cheater people who are looting, deceiving, cheting people, innocent student at large

there for UGC and our Lokshabha shuld be benned these typy of educational Mafya and fake unversity
