Non refund of money paid on account of annual service contract

I had entered into service contract for two years with this company on 22nd april. in december end the company had dissociated it self from honda hence stopped servicing honda vehicles. They have to refund the money for balance period. i.e from December to April. they are promising on phone that they will refund but it is more than three months that money is not refunded.
