Lackaidaisical response and functioning by icici bank

I opened my icici bank account at Mathura branch in the last week of jan acct no ****** i was given a pre-activated kit but it was not functional for netbanking saying it is old password and disabled.

i applied for new password on phone banking as well online form in first week of feb.

no response from icici bank till 18 mar. when enquired was told that the they despatched password by spped post which was returned for no service area reason. not understood depatment of post does not having no service area in mathura is not understood.

so icicic bank told me to apply again.

this is the state of icici bank customer care. i suggest people must think twice before opoening account.
