I tried to withdraw 20, 000 Rs. from one of the ICICI Bank ATM in Bapunagar, Ahmedabad on 6th June .09. Although i got the message " Unable to Process your transaction", I got SMS that 20, 000 Rs. was debited from my Account. It must have been credited back to my account as the transaction was unsuccessful but this is not the case. Till date i haven't received the amount back. I had raised the grievance but response was negative stating the transaction was successful from ICICI bank's point of view. How is it possible to have the two differenct status for single transaction as i havent received any money from ATM.This is not at all acceptable. I have stored all the SMS's that i had received for each transaction.
