Fraud miscommunication from bank employee

I have taken a loan for two wheeler from icici bank for 2 years directley from the showroom, the loan was processed then and there by the executive, i was told that the loan is for 2378 rs per month for 2 years. as now the loan is near completion i went to branch to submit my emi, i inquired about the loan, i was told that the loan is for 27 months, i tried to explain the executive that i had taken loan for 24 months but she bluntley told me that it is for 27 months and i ahve to pay that, now kinldy help me as i am now totally if catch 22 situation, this is total miscommunication and forgerry from the dealers end and the executive of the bank. why should i pay for 27 months when i applied for 24 months?
