Icici bank account
Rs.690.0/- Debited without giving Information

Dear Sir,

I am Siddhartha Subhash Deore, . I have Account in ICICI Bank Nashik.

Yesterday (10/06) When I check my Account, I found that Rs.690/- Deducted from my Account.

I called the Customer care (9890478000) the person said “You go to the Bank and ask for the same”

In Evening I went to ICICI bank, bank person said “The debit is from Credit Card department “ (I don’t have Credit Card of any bank)

U go and ask to Credit Card Dept. I went to Credit card Dept.they said “We don’t know how the money is deducted”

No one is from ICICI Bank taking the Responsibility or giving the explanation “why and how the money is debited? ”

I think ICICI Bank employees are not there to attend the Customer and solve their Difficulty.

Sir, Pl look into matter and revert my money back to my account.
