I was issued ICICI AMEX (earlier TATA Amex) credit card no . 377041110865960, the history goes back to as old as in the year 2003 when I was using this above card and wanted to settle by paying the full amount.
Following documents were submitted with ICICI Bank AMEX credit card division F&F of ICICI Amex Card, receipt no 643632 dtd 26/03 providing details of full and final payment done of Rs 36, 000/- vide cheque no.433741 dtd 23/03/03 drawn of HSBC Bank, just below
My First visit to the bank after doing F& F on 2003 was in the year 2008 reason being in the month of February when I was going through account statement I noticed Rs 8354.04 was taken out from saving bank account, after checking through various sources I finally came to know after fortnight that this is against card payment, checking through my records I found it that card to be closed (Please note that I never received any calls for payment against this credit card.). I was forced to come down to Rohini Office to show them proof that I had already done Full and Final and closed the card. After that also ICICI took almost one month to give back my money on 24th of April (highlighted in the attached statement. I had also requested that to close this account to not to harass me again.
Again when checking records on 30th July I found the same entry and my account was debited by the same amount, the process of getting my payment back again started and after numerous calls to customer serivce centre, booking a service request, I was forced to come down to Rohini Office to again show the same contents which I had shown about 5 months back, this time I met Dipti at
Customer Service Desk, and had shown all the relevant papers as attached, I was made to wait for almost an hour and was told that within a week's time this will get debited to your account. When asked for any contact no where I can follow up, she was good engough to give her own Mobile no, since then I am trying to follow up on the same no but unfortuantely my bad luck either this no is switched off or no response for this particular no.
Same thing again got repeated in the month of December, I had approched one Amrit - ICICI Manager in the same division who had help me out to get my money back, December money taken out from my Saving bank account was return back in the month of February
Now again 25th June my saving bank account has been debited for Rs 8354/- and I am not sure when would i get this back
It has been noticed that since ICICI Bank is imposing Targets to their employees, one of the employee who has not been efficient enough to meet his/her targets is targeting me on every quarter/half yearly/financial year
I would require a simple solution of closing my above mentioned credit card and financial imposition of Rs 50, 000/- towards harassement faced every quarter and numerous rounds to the office, telephonic calls, emails, missing on my EMI's etc.
