ICICI Bank & DDA
No refund from ICICI for DDA draw

My name is Saurabh Srivastava. I had applied for DDA Housing Scheme 2008 wide Application form no. 0358015 and had submitted my form at ICICI Bank, Sector-14, Gurgaon alongwith DD on15.09.2008. Though I was not lucky enough to get allotment, no refund DD has been recieved at my end till date. I have tried numerous times on the Nodal Branch-Green Park, New Delhi Phone No. 011-46089175 of ICICI Bank given in the Application Form for query but no body has ever picked the phone. As I stay in Kolkata, its very tough for me to contact the branch personally. Because of this short of banking services, my mental peace as well as faith in ICICI is lost. Please suggest me.
