ICICI Bank Ascent Card
Wrong Commitments

I was contacted by phone banking officer of ICICI Bank for above mentioned card and they told me that I will be given 4000 rewards point on applying for this card by paying Rs.4000/-.I had already made the payment and also received the card but till today I had neither got the confirmation regarding rewards nor any statement for this card. Whenever I try to contact on phone banking no of ICICI bank and enter my credit card no it say that that " it is invalide entry"I am not able to speak to their phone banking officer also.
