Dear Sir,

My Self MR.BHRIGUNATH SINGH, Saving A/C No.628801540252 ICICI Bank, KANPUR.

On 06/04/09 i have used the debite card of the above mentined a/c for money withdrawal in

SBI Atm, Shirur, Dist-pune.

I have asked for Rs.17000 but at that time i have got the massage of "unable to dispense the money"but from my a/c money is already deducted so kindly arrange to refund my money as early as possible.i have already lounch the complaint with customer care with telephonic talk.(complaint no.102664202)
