Foreclosure non receipt of N O C

I had a car loan which has been foreclosed on 3rd oct and the loan acct no is LACHE00005260582 however i had not received the N O C or any information about the same. I had numerous times called on the phone also i had made a complaint on the foreclosure but there has not been any response on the same. It is also disheartening as when contact is made on the assigned phone numbers after great difficulty get to talk to some one but no one is able to guide properly. Also i would also appreciate correspondence on the complaint made. The N O C be forwarded and also informed about the same.
