Dear Sir.

I have open a saving bank accout in your bank. May account No 023801506245 and credit card No 4667 3002 3804 4119. Suddenly I have cheeck credit balance through ATM Card No 4667 3002 3804 4119 that debited Rs 505.65 from my account against your bank code head 52557859 DP on 05 Nov. Please reconcile at the earliest for debited on what account.

It is also intimated that I have been open demat account since 2006 but not used due lack on knowledge. Therefore my account is deactive. Please also requested you to active my demat service and issue fresh password as soon as possible.

My third problem facing that my address is change. Presently my new address is " HQ SOUTH WESTERN COMMAND (AVN) BRANCH, PIN-908546, c/o 56 APO".
