Credit Card Dispute

Sir,

In the last month there was a wrong cash debit from my credit card and after a long follow up I got it back on 20 th of last month. But on 1st this month they again taken the same from my account. As discussed with the customer care exec I fax one dispute letter to bombay office three days ago. But its not get back yet..
