I am having an credit card of ICICI Bank and my bill generation date is 10th of Every month and after that I used to get 18/20 days time to pay the bill. This month I received the bill on 11th which is ontime and after that I started getting calls from Recovary agent asking me to clear the due, when I asked them regarding my due date is 28th Nov they told that the due date is over and also I can see in my statment the due date mentioned as "IMMIDIATE". I called the ICICI Bank Cust Service and they confirmed me the due date is 28th Nov. Now i don't understand what is that "IMMIDIATE" means and without any intimation to me they changed the due date. Also ICIC Bank cust service is giving some information and ICICI Bank sending me letters with some different information.
