Investigation not started yet For the fraud of my credit card

Unknown transaction of about 13000 rupees was done through my ICICI Credit Card. I raised the resquest on 4th of october and faxed the required documents on 4th of october itself. My dispute number is 81649898 . They told me to have patience since it will take another 60 days. But on 20.11.08 .I Recived sms that your request have not been initiated yet due to non-reciepent of documents, although i have recieved the fax reciept with status ok. They are just sending me bank statements with interests added everytime and nobody is even trying to contact me or tell me the status. I have again faxed the documents to there said number.please start the enquiry as soon as possible.
