Very Very Bad Service [Must close all accounts]

Had dropped one cheque at ICICI Phagwara branch bearing number 332463 on 04/12 drawn on HDFC Bank Phagwara for Rs. - towards the payment of my icici bank credit card.
on 06/12 the amount had been deducted from my HDFC Account and will not reflected in my icici credit card account till 19/12, I had approched somany time to phagwara branch no body is ready to solve my problem also lodged complaints with customer care sr nos are SR89593210 and SR89258805 and now today I will visit bank branch again.
The last date of payment had passed on 16/12.
WHERE MY RS. - gone...
I suggest everybody not to deal with ICICI Bank as in ICICI Bank nobody will here you for their own mistake.
