I had availed loan on credit card 3 month ago, now i want to close it, i had tried there Customer service, after holding lines for 15-20 minutes i didn't get executives to know how to go about it, i even visited ther Andheri office for solving the issue as i don't want to pay interest @20% pa any more. please help me to repay my loan amount & save on my interest cost.
