Lost money due to icici bank

Dont use the ICICI shit credit card.

On reaching USA, I made a phone call from USA to India using phone1 telecom dial service for one minute using my ICICI bank credit card. Phone1 has the head quaters at "100 North Biscayne Bouleward Suite 1200, Miami Florida 33132, customerservice@phone1.com. This a fraud company. They charge 100 dollars to my ICICI bank credit card for a one minute call to india.

I called the ICICI credit card, india branch to cancel the amount credited to my card. They asked to log a complaint at their website. I logged a complain on ICICI bank website. They closed the call saying that they couldnot reach me over the USA phone number which I had provided. So I called them up and asked what information they wanted. They said that they dont know which information that ICICI fello who closed the call want over the phone. Repeated the same thing. You should log a complain in the website and provide an Indian telephone number to which they will call and then make a decision whether or not to close the call or not.

Now I am in USA . When I call them over the telephone they dont help me out. I can give any information that they want. But NO. They have to call me on my telephone number. They cannot call me at an international number. How can I come to India to attend their call.

I just wanted them to cancel the transaction and put it on dispute. They didnt do that. I lost the money because some faud telephone company misused my credit card and ICICI bank disnt take any action.
