I have taken a home loan from ICICI Bank on Feb @7% ROI (Floating Interest). After that they are continously increased the rate of interest to 14% now according to the RBI Interest rate revision.
Now the RBI reduced the Interest rate too the large extent but the bank not reduce the interest rate. Moreover now bank offering new homeloan with 11.5% ROI.
I contacted ICICI Bank official there is no proper respone.
