My name is arjun & my SB acc no.-005301525148 (ICICI Bank-Jayanagar 3rd block, bangalore)... On 10th october the bank have deducted Rs.800 from my account stating that i have low balance in my account. But my balance was Rs.5000 which is the minimum balance required in the account. When i enquired about it they said that the minimum balance should be Rs.10000, but they did not inform me about it, me being a student cant keep that much money, plz look into this matter.
