We are having the business of Kitchens. On 19th December customer has booked a product at our showroom. The customer had swiped his credit card for booking the product for Rs 1, 50, 000/ (Two Txn) i.e Rs 3, 00, 000/- total. After swiping the card till today we have not recieved the funds from ICICI bank. Our MID no is 50123093 and TID no is 12490490. We have contacted ICICI bank for the release of funds and they are telling that it is a fraud txn. The money has got debited to customer account and the customer is asking for the delivery of the product. The bank customer care is just telling that we are not going to release the funds. When asked the executive that should we launch the complain, he told us that do whaterver you want to do. The bank is clearly telling that they will not realese the funds even after getting the funds from the customer credit card account. Today i.e 27-12 when we spoke with the custmoer care of ICICI bank, he told us that the bank will not give a singlepeeny to you even if launch the complain with RBI as bank does not consider this tnx. Now you tell us what to do. The customer is asking for the products or his money back. The customer has given us the time till Tuesday to deliver the products or refund the money. Till we dont recieve money how can we deliver the product. Please help out as early as possible.
