ECS debited on 5th ..supposed to be on 10th

Hi,

I am Arindam Chakraborty from Miraroad,

I have one ECS to be debited from my ICICi account on 10th of every month, which is happening smoothly for last 12 month.

Suddenly I have noticed that ICICi charging extra Rs.281 every month frommy account, happening for last 4 month..

when i contacted ICICI customaer care, they explained i din't have sufficient balance on 5th, and they have charged for ECS got returned.

When i explained that they supposed to debit the amount on 10th not on 5th, and why they are doing so? i din't get any clarification.

now finally neither i have got any clarification nor i have got my money back.

My question is, that its not just a matter of money and the amount is not very big ..just Rs. 282 * 4

but this is how we people got cheated by ICICI many times .. sometimes we fight..sometimes we just give up just becasue of amount is very small.

I would like to draw attention of common people and consumer forum, if there is any way to handle this type of operation.

People are victim of similar or any type of ICICI cheats … please mail me at Arindam.a.chakraborty@gamil.com, lets see if together we can do something.
