Debiting 8503.63 from S/B A/c

My EMI credit card no is 37704148361 7006 and S/B A/C No is 0039015032319.I had paid regularly for all the bills received till Statement dt 01.03.08. and for that bill amount pending is 0.28 CR .After that I had not receieved any bill. In the meanwhile I applied to bank to Close the Credit Card A/C.It was closed. Once more I wrote a request to close the a/c .and i got reply that it is alraedy closed.

From March onwards I had not received any bill OR demand for payment.and Sddenly on 31.12.08 bank has debited from my S/B A/C Rs 8503.63.This is total injustice as I had sincerly paid all the bills on time.

and no bill is pending with me. Last bill with me is having balance of 0.28 as credit. Then how it became 8503.63 0n 31.12.and if at all it was to be debited from S/B then why bank was waiting upto Dec08 from April08 ie for 8 months. I want all my debited amount back
