I am really scared with this. On wensday I hava called from Bhandarkar rd branch, Pune ragarding collection of pay order. Wen I reached to the bank, they (MS. Poonam) told me. Your pay order haven't received yet. Huh!!!

This is second time I am writing complaint against branch, still not have positive feedback from these guys. Even if you guys doesn't make any sense for complaint, Do I need file the case against branch in court on coming sat OR go to Media.

What the careless these guys are!!!
