Ank anguaged with third party recovery agent and added wrong charge after few query raised

It was my most mistake to take car loan from ICICI bank. After taking car loan from ICICI bank after some time I had relocated to Ahmedabad from Morbi (Rajkot). at that time I concern form my loan with customer care with bank and as per customer care executive's advice I informed to bank also for the same (for existing bank account need to close & from which i paid advance check to ICICI and asked advice from my next bank for the same procedure). diriong this period i took many follo-ups with bank by email/cusomer care and personal visit too. but after some time I got many threat calls from bank occupied third pary recovery agent. they leterally harrest to me mentaly. i immediately gave all information to bank's customer call by phone/email and letters too till date bank not replay for any action agains those third party recovery agent. not replied from my load and they addes interest and panelties month by month.

can this forum help me to resolve this matter and can any body ask to bank why they anguaged third party recovery agents and not satisfied to my against my query. as i have most proofs for communication which i made and visit to them. till how long I have to suffer. please help me.
