Icici bank credit card

I was using icici credit card and now i surrender the card after made payment as per my usage and as per the icici bank's statement as well as their full and final letter in November. now icici bank send me mail/ sms for making payment for the amount in January. i send mail with attached all my final payment receipt and a letter but still bank send me sms and call from customer care. i informed him that all done as per the given letter from the icici bank and send my details via mail so why they are not update and continues call me.
