Deduction of Amount without intimation

Dear Sir,

I Mahender Singh having a account in ICICI bank since last three years at Secunderabad, andhra Pradeshand my account no is 004801050682. I have rarely checked my A/c. I was astonished to see yesturday my a/c statement, when I found in it twicely an amount of Rs.843/- was deducted from it for the period QABChgs, Jul-Sep08 Serv Tax93 in the month of Oct and again for the period QABChgs, Oct-Dec08 ST93 in the month of JAN.Whereas already as per the ICICI bank rules minimum balance of Rs.5000/- is always maintained by me and towards the maintenance charges of the a/c is also deducted by them separately. It is unable to understand, why these separate charges has been deducted and why the same is not explained. I have a request to the consumer court, may call explanation in this regard from ICICI bank and provide justice, while refunding the amount and imposing penalty. I hope the justice will done soon.
