Rs 10020 wrongly debited from my account

On date 20/09 I had not withdrawn any amount from ATM but the withdrawal of Rs 10020 is shown on account statement, also for this transaction I did not get any SMS.After that complaint made on date 26/10 and 11/01 to your phone banking officer complaint no is 91983457 and 92744467 but till today no response from your side. Please look into the matter.

For contacting the phone-banking officer we have to spend minimum 20 t0 30 Min on phone, response is very poor.
