Regarding Saving A/c. Number 623701121065

Ofen my Internet Account is used by somebody. I requested the customer care on phone to change my user ID. But no action is taken by the bank for several years. So that I have to spent about 50Rs. daily to save from illegal operation of Internet Account. And also I dropped one cheque for credit card payment. The amount was debited from my account without adding in my Credit Card Account.
