Dear Sir and Madam,

Myself Rishi Goyal from Pantnagar, Uttaranchal, holding one credit card, and two saving accounts with ICICI Bank.

COMPLAINTS:

I have been contacting ICICI Bank people day and night since last 1.5 years though mails, phones and in person as well.

But I am not getting any responding action from the Bank as a solution of my problems,

due to which:

&--gt; Bank is debiting interest for my credit card statement,

&--gt; Amount from my two saving accounts are being deducted without any information many times in last 1.5 years, due to which I have stopped depositing money in those accounts.

&--gt; I am not able to pay my Car Loan EMI’s through ECS linked with their a/c. Loan is also from the same Bank.

&--gt; I have spent lot of money in going to cyber café and mailing them, phones for making calls to them and transportation for meeting them.

&--gt; I have been undergoing through MENTAL HARRASSMENT since last 1.5 years.

PROBLEM:

This Problem arises 1.5 Years back, due to mistakenly deduction of some amount from my credit card account.

After rigorous follow-up with them, ICICI Bank confessed their mistake and returned back my money.

But this process took 1 year to return back the money. So I requested them to remove the interest charges which they have not done till now.

Instead of contacting me and settling down this matter they are adopting some unfair and illegal means to deduct money.

Till now they have deducted ample of money from my saving accounts and blocked my saving accounts.

I am a salaried person and don’t want to be entangled with all these issues.

And I am afraid that tomorrow ICICI Bank would not start threatening me for this mistake which is committed by the Bank itself.

So request you to kindly look into this matter and help me through your guidance.

I also request you to interfere with the kind of lethargic behaviors of this Private bank towards customer complaints.
