Freezing of a/c

Sir,

My saving bank a/c was freezed in Sep 2005 by bank due to some forged draft deposited by someone. The draft money was belong to my brother as he was to take payment from that person. I gave the written statment to my bank. The draft was of UTI bank on UTI bank's request my a/c was freezed. My brother has filed a case in Bahadurgarh (Haryana) for filing of FIR agaist the person who has deposited the draft and it is pending in the court. It is now three and half year passed nothing has been done to defreezed my a/c. I have submitted all court papers and application thrice in the bank but nothing has been done. Request pldo the needful.
