Late payment

Dear Sir

With reference to our credit card no 4477473560955002 you are wrongly debited to us as late fee and other charge like interest and service charge. I am totally unhappy for the same. The facts are under

1. I had already many time calls to your call center for write-off our late fee and other charge and always they accepted our request and confirm to us, but not doing any thing

2. Yes I agree we had done late payment before few month. That time I was in Srinager (Kashmir) for some official work and no ICICI bank branch in there after return the work station inform to customer care and make the payment

3. This is our last request to you for arrange the our all late fee and other charge otherwise I will return back to you credit card and switch over to SBI card

4 If you accepted our request I can allow to you auto debit advice though and open ICICI bank saving accounts for the same

Hope you consider our request and write off our all late payment and other charge and hope you will also want continue a good relationship with us
