ARTER TAKING THE MONEY ALSO THEY HAVE NOT DONE THE SETELMENT

Dear sir/Madam

I want to request to the ICICI bank that after taking the money from my saving acount they have not issued any setelment letter to me. I went to bank and did my setelment on- 12/9 .

Setelment done by the person Sandeep he works in rohini branch he told me that i will recive my setelment letter in 2 days and today is -10/02 till know i have not recieve the letter, is ther anybody who can help me out because now they are sending me the bill of Rs-11882 again after doing the setelment. My Saving account no-002901537885 and my Credit card no -5176377098095002 . Is there anybody who can help me out.
