Deduction of rs.910 witout any info

My name is rama agarwal, acc no.-005301524059, ph no.-9449653853, my acc is wit icici bank, jayanagar 3rd block, bangalore...

i am a housewife. i hav acc wit ur bank and now witout informing me they hav deducted rs.910 4m my acc indicating low bal..wen i enquired they said i hav low bal, but they did not inform me that i should maintain rs.10000 as min bal, i continousely maintained rs.5000, i wont to close my acc but i also want a refund of rs.910... so plz help me as soon as possible
