Not issue no due certificate

I M Harshraj vaghela from ahmedabad in past i have icici bank credtcard and credit card no is 4477464536766003 i allready pay all the dues of credit card and no outstanding in my credit card but after they was promise after payment they issue me no due certificate snt me on my residence adress but after payment about oneyear gone but they were not issue me the NO DUE CERTFICATE pls help me and issue me NO DUE CERTIFICATE as soon as possible.
