Personal loan given without consent

I never applied for any personal loan from icici. They had sent me a checque of Rs 87000 couple of days back without asking me and charged processing fee and service charge on my credit card. I feel this is a unfair way of utilizing some one credit card information. It's a unfair way of forcing some one to take loan. It's cheating by putting that amount (processing fee and service charge) on some one's credit card, when that person has not used the card for taking loan. i would like to pursue a legal action againt ICICI credit card. Please help
